Vapex requires new and unused returns to be filed within 30 days of purchase. The return package must be received before 30 days for a credit to be issued to the original form of payment. If an item was returned for a refund and was deemed to have been used, Vapex and its sellers will return the item to the sender, and no refund will be issued.
All return items must be submitted in the original box and packed into another box/package to ensure safe delivery of your returned items. Please check with your local post office for shipping supply options.
If your ordered product has not been received within 30 business days of the original transaction, we will issue you a full refund. Additionally, all sellers are required to carry tracking information and insurance on the package to ensure the delivery of your product.
If your order has damage that was not disclosed in the listing or is in some other way not as described in the listing, tell us within 7 days of receipt of delivery, by reporting the problem to email@example.com and uploading photos and details. If our team verifies your claim, we’ll send you a prepaid, pre-addressed shipping label for you to return the item and we’ll refund your payment.
